G160 High-speed Vertical CNC Gear Hobbing Machine

Through the built-in electronic gearbox (EGB) function of the CNC system and the self-developed gear hobbing machine software, the hob, workpiece and related process parameters are input through the form-filling programming for processing

The overall rigidity of the machine tool is strong and the precision is stable. It can perform high-speed dry cutting, oil cutting and secondary processing of hardened gear surfaces, which can quickly improve the processing efficiency for users.

This machine can process cylindrical gears with a maximum modulus of 3.5 and a diameter of 160mm.

It is suitable for the processing of gears such as automotive gears, reducers, sprockets, turbines, motorcycles, etc.

This machine is equipped with five axes and four linkages as standard.

The five CNC axes are:

B-hob spindle

C-workpiece spindle

X-radial feed

Y-tangential feed

Z-axial feed
