YK3115-II High-speed CNC gear hobbing machine

Through the CNC system's built-in electronic gearbox (EGB) function and the self-developed gear hobbing machine software, the hob, workpiece and related process parameters are input through the form-filling programming for processing

Suitable for processing various toothed pieces, worm gears, drum gears and splines, etc.

This machine can process up to 3 modules and a diameter of 150mm. The overall rigidity of the machine tool is strong and the precision is stable. It can perform high-speed dry cutting, oil cutting and secondary processing of hardened gear surfaces;
