Composition and performance:
This machine tool is mainly composed of six parts: spindle, rotary head, coordinate table, machine tool electrical, operation box, working fluid system.
1. Spindle
The spindle head is installed on the column, and the column is installed on the base. The spindle head is the main component for completing the servo feed of the machining electrode.
2. Rotating head
It is installed on the slider of the spindle head and driven up and down by the spindle slider. It realizes the functions of clamping, rotating, conducting electricity and sealing of high-pressure working fluid during rotation of the electrode.
